ABOUT THIS EDITION
Useful links begin
with honest context.
A new web-resource field guide alongside a separately labelled historical directory catalogue.
New original writing
Eight guides cover editorial judgement, categories, URL interpretation, maintenance, accessibility, descriptions, crawl/index distinctions and provenance. Each contains 1000–2300 words of main text and was published on 17 October 2026. Examples describe invented collections, not measured results, verified businesses or current services of this edition.
The original subject
Power Link Directory was a general web directory in the recovered 2010–2011 captures. Its broad taxonomy is not a cryptocurrency publication. The general inventory’s earliest homepage was a 2009 parking page; exact-root research recovered five genuine directory homepage versions. Later unrelated 2025 material is excluded. This edition does not claim present affiliation with the old publisher or named listing owners.
Maximum recoverable context, explicit scope
The saved inventory contained 402 HTML records, including 204 from the original period. All 189 meaningful category, listing, policy and query-index captures were retrieved. Exact-root CDX research found five additional homepage versions from 2010–2011, avoiding the general inventory’s 2009 GoDaddy parking page. Two main regions were empty (contact and latest articles) and are excluded. The remaining 192 source records preserve new annotations, factual listing IDs/names/recorded addresses and captured child-category labels. Complete raw captures and SHA-256 digests remain locally preserved. Full third-party descriptions, obsolete PageRank values, owner claims, photographs and advertising are not republished. Search results overlap other records; repeated occurrences are not counted as distinct resources. Original forms, account controls, link tracking and external listing actions are inactive. Later unrelated 2025 content and suspended-server output are excluded. This is an editorial and historical catalogue edition, not a complete replica or a current verified directory service.
The 192 public records contain 16,707 words of new annotation, 1,124 factual listing occurrences and 622 distinct old listing IDs. They are not 192 restored original articles or 1,124 different current businesses. Category and search pages overlap. Six saved directory pages contain UTF-8 decoding replacement characters; original bytes are retained and missing text is not guessed.

Dates and public source pages
Capture dates identify saved versions. No first-publication date is inferred from a capture, address or printed copyright year. Annotations have their own actual publication date. Historical source records are marked noindex, carry no Article structured data and are omitted from the sitemap. The new guides carry their actual Article dates.
What is not being revived
HISTORICAL DIRECTORY METADATA — NOT CURRENT RECOMMENDATIONS. A name, URL, category or captured count establishes only what the saved directory recorded. Current availability, ownership, safety, business activity and service quality are not verified. New annotations are dated separately. Capture timestamps are not assumed original publication dates. No paid listing, submission, login or ranking service is operated here.
There are no submission forms, accounts, passwords, paid placements, ranking promises, old advertisements, copied staff biographies or restored photographs. Listing addresses are displayed as text, not active service links. The index-card artwork is new illustration, not evidence of a verified resource collection. This is a static reading edition.
